Katy welcomed us with great hospitalit. Although we were there before check in, Katy allowed us to eat breakfast and come back and rest until our room was available. The food was delicious! Every day for lunch and dinner were several options and with great flavor and taste. Coke fountains and cappuccino’s were a must everyday even down to the fruit bar and dessert. The most beautiful beach at the resort! It was a perfect stay for my family and I.

Relaxing, good location & great staff

Excellent service by the staff. The hotel offers good quality food and the grounds/pool are well kept. The only negative was the cost of extending our check out time: I felt 60 euros was a bit steep.

Lovely hotel, All Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Simple rooms, which were very clean and amazing views, but could do with better air conditioning as they do get quite hot. Food was great, except not enough vegan options, especially hot vegan options - only salad and vegetables, so it made eating a bit boring after the third day, Would love to see more in put into veggie / vegan options. Great stay overall. Thank you!

I got a electrocuted trying to simply plug in a charger. It’s was a loud spark and the room filled with smoke and the the power went out. I had to go to the hospital and they didn’t compensate me at all.

Hotel razoável, localização muito boa, pertinho da praia cala Tarida só descer as escadas de acesso à praia. Lugar maravilhoso para curtir o Pôr do sol. Hotel 4 estrelas com all inclusive, mas no nosso ponto de vista bem razoável. Já ficamos em melhores na ilha de ibiza. Precisamos de telefone no quarto e não estava funcionando.

Le logement ou nous étions (extension de l'hôtel) n'était pa du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles (nuisances sonores/équipement limité). Correct dans l’ensemble par contre, vous avez chez Expédia fait de la publicité mensongère en mettant des photos de terrains de football et de tir à l’arc alors que c’est dans l’autre l’hôtel que ces installations sont présentes! Nous avions réservé en grande partie pour ça car mes enfants voulaient jouer au football et ils ont pas pu malheureusement à cause de ça… J’attends donc un geste commercial ?

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 3 jours dans cet magnifique hôtel. Bien atypique, le hôtel est entouré d’une belle végétation. La qualité de prestations de cet hôtel sont très bonnes. Cala Tarida est une plage magnifique à l’eau cristalline bien bleu. Rien à dire. On revient c’est sûr.
