The owner provided incredibly wonderful service. We loved the exquisite comfort of each room. my whole family had a great time. The breakfast was phenomenal. The host even rushed out to our car with something we left behind when it was time to go!

Nice hotel after a long journey
Posted 2 Oct 2014Bad points was pool was not filled with water, staff were not bilingual and phones in hotel did not work.
Good points are staff were very helpful, friendly and will do anything to assist you.
Food is lovely and prices are very reasonable

Great location
Posted 18 Sep 2014 on HotelsWe were attanding a local wedding and the location was just perferct. The day manager was particularly helpful. We had a wonderful lunch at the hotel, breakfast could do with providing more choice. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Pros: Quite, clean, helpful staff
Cons: Maintenance. Replace light bulbs, repair showers (the massage feature was not working, but good for a simple shower)
Location: A little bit far from downtown Baile Felix, but perfect of you are in the area for Weddings.
Definitely better than its over-expensive rival Hotel President!
