Central location, easy walk to shopping , main gondola. Able to buy ski pass at main desk. Convenient!

Comedy of Errors
Posted 24 Jun 2019 on HotelsThe hotel accidentally overbooked and sent me to their sister hotel, Hotel Post, which didn’t have free parking and charged me a higher room rate. Furthermore, Hotel Fischer also charged me for the night, apparently as a no-show for my original booking. Waiting to see if I can get a refund...

Dear Mrs. Fuller, Thx for your review. It is right that have overbooked your room. We have informed you a week before arrival that your room will be in the 4 star Hotel Post (upgrade) As we had your credit card for the booking we informed the Hotel Post that we will pay the room, because we took already the money from your card. Sorry that Hotel Post also you charged. As soon as you told us that we have refund you the money on your card. Sorry for that misunderstandings. Hope to welcome you again in the future.

Old drapes and carpet. No way to heater water for tea.
Had to step into the tub to take shower

Besten Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie unser Haus so positive bewertet haben. Unsere Zimmer wurden im Jahre 2014 komplett neu renoviert inkl. Vorhänge und Teppiche sowie alle Badezimmer. Es gibt 4 Zimmer im Hotel wo wir "nur" eine Badwanne inkl. Duschvorrichtung haben. In unserer Hotelbeschreibung kann man ersehen, dass wir keine Wasserkocher in den Zimmern haben. Diese sind auch in Österreich nicht üblich.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

The hotel is right in the center of St Johann. An easy walk anywhere. The staff was most helpful. Good breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel!
