It's a magnificent hilltop castle with luxurious accommodation. But it's really reasonably priced too.
I have stayed there a few times, visiting from UK. Great weekend break.
Views are amazing.
Formal restaurant is a bit pricey. But breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended

Small but comfy rooms and bathrooms, but that is to be expected on the grounds of an actual castle. Very lovely ambience and decor. Breakfast is spectacular all around; food, service, and view. For those on foot, reaching the castle/hotel will get your blood pumping but it’s an old world charm.

Great stay. We spent all of our time in the hotel area, which really is a castle. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was great as were the views from the dining areas. Highly recommend!

A truly amazing hotel in a historic castle
Posted 18 May 2024 on HotelsWe had the most amazing stay, in fact, the best stay in our one-month trip in Germany. Our room was in the villa and opened up to a wonderful view overlooking the Rhine. It was grand, palatial, with a high ceiling, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Service was excellent at reception and restaurant. Everything was thoughtfully provided, including tea n coffee making facilities, bathrobes, high quality toiletries, and even bedroom slippers. We felt pampered like royalty, and really couldn’t have asked for more.

Posted 11 May 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is in good condition and all services were excellent. The layout of the rooms is a little disjointed but manageable. Parking was available and convenient. The balcony view of the Rhine made the stay exceptional!
