I liked the proximity to the beach. I would have liked more restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were decent and clean, but the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

This property was perfect for a family vacation and had all of the extras we wanted (free breakfast, a kitchenette, free water sports, free bikes, 2 very nice pools and more). There were a few small things that we would have appreciated - a deadbolt or chain on the door (my 2 year old was able to walk out if we weren’t paying attention 24/7), a line to hang wet clothes in the bathroom or balcony, and wish the property sprayed for bugs better because the noseeums were vicious and we were completely bit up by the end of the trip.

We unfortunately cannot spray on property for no-see-ums due to Sanibel Island being a nature preserve, but we do advertise bug spray both verbally and in writing here at the front desk. There is a deadbolt in every room to protect from any entering from the outside, but the way those work is they do unlock when the handle is opened from the inside. The customer service was excellent and the property had great amenities such as bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and a Tiki Bar with great food.
The rooms were very simple (could use some more decor)but very clean and comfortable.

The property is beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. My ONE BIG SUGGESTION is that you guys better get some anti-slip mats in the showers. They're VERY slick when wet and someone's gonna slip and sue the daylights out of you.

Bathroom was a 2x2. Two people could not be in at the same time. Very very dated. Needs a complete renovation. Would not recommend at all.

Decent place for the price
Posted 11 Jul 2022 on HotelsGreat experience overall, good amenities but most were with the sister property located next store, not a big deal to walk over and check out a bike or kayak. Being next to the pool was a little loud at night, well some nights but most guests were respectful.
