The property is rather old but the staff and their attention to details and humble approach makes this place remarkable. I have asked for some modifications in my reservation and they were very caring about it, if you are looking for peace then this is the place. It has everyone that you might need for unwinding.

Nice property with great amenities!
Posted 26 Sep 2022 on HotelsNice property on the water with great amenities. Tiki Bar had great food and drinks. Enjoyed the pool area and free bikes. Property is a little dated and bed mattresses are worn to point of you roll to the middle of bed, they definitely need replaced. Overall great stay though!

The rooms are overdue updating. Bland outdated decor. Ratty rugs and plan dates bathrooms. Outside of the units very unattractive especially compared to the great location and beautiful lobby building. Pricey for the level of decor in the units.

Liked that the property was clean and quiet.
Would recommend a few more room amenities. Had no forks, only one soup spoon and a couple of knives.
Also a little more daily cleaning would be great.

Accommodated us last minute, clean, friendly staff. Elevated out of service while there, being replaced, but we were told ahead of time and understand things have to be done. Not at all left in disrepair. Love Sanibel Inn!
