Close to the beach, quiet. Room was a little small bath room really small but loved our stay great place to relax

It's Sanibel. One of the best places on earth. This was our first time with Beachview and it was very pleasant. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The cottages are quaint and the area has a peace and quietness about it. It was a great stay. Kudos to the Christmas decorations as well.

Posted 3 May 2018Location was great, room was clean and comfortable and really enjoyed having meals on the screened in porch! Nice sandy palm lined walkway directly to the beach. Found a lot of great shells.

For the cost, it’s a great getaway on the beach. You get a nice clean place with the beach within a two minute walk. The staff was friendly and responsive. We would go there again.

Beachfront Heaven

Pros: Beachfront. Quiet. Unassuming
Cons: Finishes a bit more refined. Studios way too small but one bedroom is just right.
Location: Best shelling. Sanibel Thriller, Ding Darling nature preserve. Kyaking. Fort Myers Heavenly Bicuits
If you want a quiet stay in a rustic cottage this is it. Please bring a mattress topper and pillows if you can. The amenities run short but the beach runs long. Staff is great.
