One of our door codes did not work; we texted the property, and they did not respond. We also texted the property two other messages with questions, and they did not respond. We stopped by the front desk twice, during posted open hours, and it was locked/closed (9 am and 4 pm). So great property but very challenging to communicate with. "

It took us to a totally different lodge, and we had to look up the lodge ourselves. Luckily, it wasn’t too far from where we were at. When we got to the lodge, it was super easy to check in.
