"The lady at the front desk was helpful. Called taxi com to arrange taxi tour to Boseong. I was not used to close/open the hotel door, had to ask her for help twice. She was nice. It’s an easy walk towards the waterlily park & market after crossing the bridge. Bought natural dyed clothing there from Ms Park- actress/designer! Had a pleasant stay."

"Self service check-in. I had to ask a local friend to call to ck-in… the key was set on the counter top. Ground floor elevator is 2! Need to press open button once arrived. Once inside my room, all’s well. The room was cool, I didn’t need to turn on the A! Also saw nice sunset/dusk sky fm my room. To get a good sunset view, go to town top park. Gorgeous!!! Convenience store GS25/7-11 is close by. Train station is 10mins walk… Boseong is a beautiful town! Worthwhile to visit."

"Initially, I thought the stay would be ok. The room was a bit odd, with the walls being of sprayed concrete or something similar, but things seemed clean. The kids were in pallets on the floor in the living area, and the floor heating was working. But the bathroom was a different story - the soap provided was bar soap utilized by previous guests. I don't see how this is sanitary...there wasn't any hair on it, but still... The wall was coming apart under the large window by the shower, and...

"The hotel is being managed with an iron fist. You are constantly told how to behave, including how to sit in the breakfast room chairs. We had severe bizarre interactions with the hotel staff, which can be attributed to cultural differences… We were awakened on our second night at 11:20pm by a telephone ring. The front desk appeared to have dialed by mistake and he sounded apologetic. "
