The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was presentable, but had some cleaning issues. Lamps, headboards and other fixtures were dusty. The bathroom had black mold around the faucets in the bathtub that was removable with a fingernail. The breakfast was great with many selections. The staff member who was overseeing the breakfast, was wonderful. She had a smile and good miring for everyone!

They have remodeled and the smell of epoxy or paint is overwhelming. It will most likely be fine when it wears off, but it was difficult to sleep because I had a horrible headache. I asked to moved to another floor, but they advised that all floors have had remodel.

I stayed at this hotel because my kid is in a "stay to play" tournament. Never would I have booked this hotel on a regular day. The room was nice and clean. They offer housekeeping only every 3 days. The breakfast area isn't large enough to host the influx of people they have coming in the hours of breakfast. I came down at 9am and breakfast is until 930. Part of my group had to stand. The waffle mix was out and when I asked for more the response was "it takes 20 minutes to make and breakfast is almost over. That's what you get for waiting until the last minute." The yogurts were out. The fresh fruits were out. Very limited. When I called ahead to discuss my booking the receptionist was inconvenienced and sounded rude. For 200 bucks a night this was a terrible experience. Never again will I stay here and should never apply to be a "stay to play" location. If you're just looking for a quick in and out stay .. it works, but you can definitely find better deals and nicer locations for the price I paid.
