Said the room had two queens and a full, but it was three fulls. I’m just not sure why they lie. Shower barely worked. Beds were very uncomfortable and old as well. Overpriced for what it was. Will stay elsewhere next time.

We checked in late around 10pm after visiting cedar point. Going to bed around 11pm, there was a bug on the bed so I killed it and didn’t think much of it.. we checked out the next day. Came home and getting ready for bed I notice red bumps all over my left arm where the bug was that I killed. I goggled what bed bugs look like and that’s what it was!! I’m disgusted!! The bumps itch so I have to put cream on. This needs to be resolved ASAP so others don’t have the same issue!

We booked our room & pd. But when we arrived there were NO rooms available. Not only for myself but the 10 others in line. The poor guy working alone was trying to find other hotels in the area for us to go to. He did find us a room in Norwalk about 15min away & I had to pay another walk in rate for 2 nights to the new hotel which was more money & dirty but it was our only option at midnight! Now I have pd Expedia hotel fees & I also used my key cash. Will I get this money all refunded??

After checking in, the first thing i did was check the mattresses prior to unpacking and noticed bed bugs. we immediately checked out. i shows the staff pictures and they immediately checked us out.

There were people in camping chairs partying in the parking lot outside the hotel. There were people drinking alcohol in their cars being suspicious. I felt a little unsafe. Room could have been a lot cleaner.

Checking in was easy with no problems whatsoever. Our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all... hair & a potato chip on the floor. The mirror over the desk was swiped, but the streak was clearly visible and there were small, black hairs on the floor in the toilet/tub area. Also, one of the lights by the bed as well as the one on the desk would just randomly go off then, several seconds later come back on. When we went down to check out the lobby had about a dozen people ahead of me waiting to check out & no one was at the desk. One man was pacing & another said he had been waiting about 15 minutes & no one had come to the desk. A few minutes later, one man came out from the back room to take care of everyone. We come to Sandusky once a year. We'll look elsewhere for lodging next year.

Out TV did not work. Finally the head of housekeeping on the second day fixed the problem. Lobby bathrooms nasty. Carpet in room felt sticky....

Room was warm and humid when we got there. Took almost 3hrs to cool down. Breakfast was stocked well, eggs and sausage kind of wet from steam buildup. They had 4 waffle makers which were all in operation, never seen 4!
