My daughter and I were extremely disappointed. We ended up immediately checking out. The room smelled horrible of chemicals, there was questionable hair all over the sheets as if they hadn't been changed. Overall the room was not sufficiently cleaned.

The room was nice & clean inside, but the door entry to the room had too many cobwebs & bugs flying around door to the room... Please clean cobwebs to limit the flying bugs... Also, the entry light into the room was not working(the light on the ceiling inside the room).

Good basic hotel for cedar point stay. You get what you pay for, don’t expect anything fancy. Worked for what we needed, we were at the park most of the day.

I did not like that beds are not queen size. The room did not get cleaned daily. Often times the reception was left unattended. The breakfast area is way too small for the amount of guests at the hotel, it gets very crowded and had to wait for food at times.

Room Door was broken. Room couldn't be properly secured. Sheets were stained and we had to ask the front desk for clean bedding, that my Wife and I changed ourselves. Manager was rude. To be fair the front desk worker's we're as helpful as they could be. We will never stay at this hotel ever again. You being a third party service, shouldn't ever allow your customers to stay there. Tv didnt work, the phone didn't work also the smell of cannabis in and the surrounding area it was unacceptable. Our stay was miserable we had to pack up our belongings every day and take them with us, so they were secure. We couldn't get another room, because everything was booked up. I'm not even sure if we will use expedia again.

I liked the environment, breakfast was good and room was clean. Only problem my room cards keep getting deactivated, but the Front Desk lady told me its because I keep putting the cards close to my phone or other electronic devices

The first room 105 we had the TV didn’t work. The very nice lady at the desk moved us to room 106. The bathroom lights in this room didn’t work. We did say anything or move again. The breakfast refrigerator was not on so no yogurt or hard boiled eggs. Breakfast was sad.
