Poor experience, dirty rooms, refund promised but not fulfilled by hotel staff.

Good morning, sir, we just spoke on the phone. Your refund was granted on property, and Expedia will be summitting your refund as you paid them not us. I understand your stay was not Pleasants and you shortly left with a refund!

I got there at 6pm....the restraint and lounge was closed. I asked why. The clerk shrugged her shoulders and said.. "i guess the guy didnt show up". What? I responded that this was a problem for me, and she just ignored me! Phone didnt work in the room, si no wake up call.
