Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsI'm sure it was a lovely hotel a few years back but it all seems very tired and lacklustre. Not the cleanest hotel we've stayed in and the A La Carte Restaurant was very disappointing.

We spent three nights here as a stopover in our road trip around Sweden and Norway. The hotel is fine and the staff were excellent. The hotel suffers from the neighborhood it is in. There was loud amplified music across the park every night until 11pm. This was loud enough to be heard through the closed windows. The hotel also chose to illuminate the outside with lights that are bright enough to make their way around the blackout curtains. They shone straight into our room. Not their fault but there is also a distinct lack of vegetarian food options, although the Indian and Thai restaurants we did find were excellent.
