Centrico, y hermoso el hotel. La atención amable, el personal penosamente limitado en sus alcances, incapaz de solucionar un problema de emergencia en sus instalaciones, Se tupió un WC y a las 11:30 PM y su respuesta fue que hasta el siguiente día a las 10 AM llegarií el fontanero

No me gusto porque me engañaron hice la reserva para el hotel Rijo y cuando llego me trasladaron para el hotel El Plaza habitación pésima con mala limpieza y sin agua caliente las toallas y la ropa de cama apestaba parecía ropa sucia planchada lo único bueno el buen trato de sus trabajadores que conste que ellos no tienen la culpa de lo pésimo que está el hotel espero se tome en cuenta
