We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which unfortunately was tired and not particularly clean. The whole complex needs updating.

We are genuinely surprised by your comments regarding cleanliness, as one of our key strengths is our commitment to cleanliness.We would like to highlight that we have made significant efforts to enhance our facilities, including the bar, restaurant, cleanliness, and overall attention to detail. We have already completed several maintenance projects that have considerably improved the structure. However, we acknowledge that some parts of the facility still require additional maintenance, particularly regarding facades and window fixtures. We are currently planning to commence renovation work by the end of the year. As a timeshare resort, it is essential to obtain the agreement of all owners to carry out these interventions.Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to improve every aspect of our resort. Just arrived today. Have not slept yet but it's amazing. Perfect for families that just want to relax and keep kids entertained so many facilities and the guy was nice enough to say when we check out we are free to stay around at the pool and just hang out as we want for as long as we want. Amazing!

Our family had a great stay here, apartment was clean and comfortable, easy walk to the beach and downtown area. Highly recommend

The property was quite large, the staff quite friendly, good swimming pool and close to beach
