10 minute drive to San Vito, 30 mins to Lo Zingaro. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Only negative was check in - advised to contact the property 72 hours in advance to organise but got no response. Website said front desk only manned till 1.30pm so had to make sure we were there by then.

Extremely nicely renovated, modern, clean B&B in a picturesque village just a stone's throw from San Vito Lo Capo.
The staff was very warm & informal.
Breakfast service was generous.
Highly recommended.

Excellent rooms, great hospitality

Pros: The facility is new and well furbished, spacious rooms, cleanness, breakfast, hospitality and resourcefulness of the owners, convenient location.
Cons: nothing, it is perfect
Location: You must see the sun set on the coastline at 5 minutes drive from the B&B. beach of san Vito lo capo a must see, as well as the Tonnara of Scopello.
This B&B has the amenities of a brand new hotel and the warmth of a family home. The rooms are spacious, well lit (one had a balcony), with elegant wooden furniture, air conditioning, and a great bathroom. Breakfast on the terrace is phenomenal, with home-made pies, all kids of pastries, espresso , fruit, sandwiches with cheese. The owner Salvatore waited for us on the day of our arrival and helped us find the address and park the car. During the initial check-in he explained to us all we needed to know about the area to make the best of our time. I am Italian and I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted to do during a three-days stay, but I was afraid I would not be able to do everything in such a short time. Salvatore helped me prioritize and find the most efficient way to get where I wanted to go. he gave me maps of san Vito lo capo explaining where to park. He also recommended to book a boat tour to the tonnara of Scopello which was the smartest solution for me, my husband, and two recalcitrant teen-age children. We loved the boat tour. He also gave us excellent advice on where to eat. We had a great dinner at la Locanda di castelluzzo. Also Salvatore's wife was very helpful when we needed help with the door lock. Also, the B&B was very comfortable for my 72 year old mom who has a knee implant and could not come with us to the boat tour. She stayed at the B&B for the whole day enjoying the balcony and the terrace.Overall an extremely pleasant stay, highly recommended.
