You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 1000.00 per stay

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 5.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 225.00 per accommodation, per stay
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 20 per person, per week
• Utility fee: EUR 50.00 per person, per week
