Close to the train station and a short walk to the old town. Plenty of excellent restaurants around. Kind and competent staff. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Excellent choice in San Sebastián. Will stay here again when the opportunity presents!

Even though the room was small, it was in a great location and the staff were amazing and made us feel welcome. They went out of their way to help. Would stay there again.

Need to improve ground floor bar staffing. When roof terrace bar was open, there was no staff for main bar.
