Close to the airport Uber charged me $1.90 to the airport from this hotel ; pools are beautiful and they have free breakfast

Horrible el desayuno se supone que está incluido con la renta del cuarto y me lo cobraron todo mal servicio las personas no ayudan no preguntan solo saben cobrar.

This was a terrible experience. We chose this hotel as it was near the airport but had we known how bad it was we would have chose differently. The first room we were given had a dark black stain on the ceiling which then started leaking. We asked for another room and we were given another room that had a strong odor that was giving my wife a headache. When we told the staff they seemed bothered and gave us another room all the way in the back which is where we ended up staying the night. The staff here are not friendly and helpful and the condition of the hotel is poor and unsafe.
