I dont recommend this hotel to no one because , first at the resection they are not polite, all staff they have faces when you order o go to the bar, like if they were tired. The food is good but the same thing every day ,but you get fot what you pay. You have to arrived at 3pm because if you arrive earlier they want to charge you $15 dollar extra for person. I have to drive around until 3pm. They dont offered you nothing at you arrival . Ect . Just think before you book this hotel.

Great place, good food, great employees … just that you need to ride a bus for about 5 minutes to get to the beach. The hotel should also provide a more comfortable bus with AC worming and there should be chairs and umbrellas in the beach free for guess.

Pros: Bautizo este hotel como el Santorini del Caribe, sus infinities pools pintadas de blanco son espectaculares y es por lo que yo pagué. Espero que al encargado de planta física no se le ocurra pintarlas de otro color, porque ASÍ ES como deben estar para siempre. La atención al clientes buena, los meseros en el restaurante muy atentos. La habitación estuvo bien. Habría deseado un desk para mí laptop. El lujo de este hotel son las vistas de las piscinas y el mar. Las hamburguesas del snack bar son sabrosas. Cons: Las instalaciones están deterioradas, las piscinas están sucias por dentro, sobre todo la que está cerca del restaurante italiano que están construyendo. DEBEN limpiar el piso y paredes de las piscinas y pintarlas de blanco de nuevo porque están con mugre. La piscina que está cerca del restaurante alma es mi favorita, solo tiene un defecto: el borde de arena está por debajo de donde debe estar y se ven los cables eléctricos y otras cosas que el cliente no está supuesto a ver. Solución: echen más arena en esa parte para tapar eso. Comida del restaurante no es buena, en promedio (el sabor no dice nada, deben hacer una revisión para subir los sabores y mejorar la experiencia). Es admisible que repitan y recalienten los platos de un día para el otro.. pero al menos mejoren los sabores, ofrezcan verdadera experiencia gastronómica.

I didn't like the Ac Wasn't workings properly .not a lot of options in the buffet n the food was cold wen we got to the room we didn't have towels or toiletries the power went off a few times n it took a while for the back up power to work.

Poor customer service - To many locals on weekends that are rude- No customer service in Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet I arrived and was told to go to snack bar because I was hungry they said it closes at 6 So I arrived to snack bar at 6 pm and the worker told me it’s closed already- They had to switch my room because AC or phone was not working in my room and that took over 35 minutes for someone to come check it out Overall I nada real Por experience here!

This is not the way it’s advertised!!! Not an all inclusive. Nothing to do!! One dining spot!! Recycled food!! Dirty bathrooms and rooms are not pretty and dirty!! We left and went to another resort after the first night!! Very unhappy.

No vale para nada la pena, pierdes tu dinero en ir, de viernes a domingo es un caos de gente y para todo hay que hacer fila, es un horror, los trabajadores son rudos y mas la mucamas no tienes nada de educación, la unica persona que me trato bien fue Santos del restaurante a la carta, después nadie ahi tiene servicio al cliente
