Dear Sir, It is very unfortunate to know you felt this way. We are a well settled establishment, all our legal papers and permits are in order and have been working with several online Marketing channels for a considerably reasonable time now. We really do not understand the term scam for we actually exist,and offer and give everything we have stated we give, we also uploaded all our pictures and they are posted on the different channels for everybody to see and be able to take a good decision before booking. We always welcome all comments. To be honest our team made many polite efforts in having you come in and show you the establishment completely but sadly you never got out of the van in spite of the General Manager also inviting you to kindly take a look and see. We welcome all comments because this helps us grow when our guest take the time to give us their recommendations based on their expereinces we will more than gladly work on them but unfortunately you never stayed and our relationship was limited to the closed window of a van for 5 minutes. We understand if you were expecting a resort but this is why it is very important to take your time and see what each place offers and this is why we have posted pictures of every area of our hotel including the Frontis-entrance. We are sorry we are a small Boutique Hotel with a beautiful and cosie warm treatment and we take pride in all the amazig exerience we have already given to many other clients. We hope you one day to receive you it would always be a delight and treat you as if you were at home. This is why our motto is Welcome Home. Now I wanted to clarify a statement which is also very inaccurate you never left money with us because your reservation was done via expedia directly. You are always free to contact them regarding your reservation. we wish you a beautiful afternoon
