This is our second time staying at this resort. First time was much better. This time foot quality was not great, on our second day we all got sick, not sure if from water or from food. Room service is a charge of 10$. You cant take food to go from the buffet. Life guard is not always present on beach,, saw few older people falling, and other visitors were assisting getting out of water. It is a shame, as we were all were looking to return, but most likely will need to find new resort.

The resort is quiet, nice music in the pool area, i liked that there is a spot for smoking, and people are not smoking in the pool right on your kid's noses. Dining, they have few options, but nothing special with the specialty restaurants, did not try the adult's side because I was with family. Waternpark is nice, four options of slides. And lazy river, there is a food truck serving snacks, the cooker could learn how to fry, onion rings were a greasy mess. Food on buffet is nice, slightly over average resort food, sometimes very few options of meats or go veggie, the food on display is protected by glass, so people are not talking all over your food, they have servers on each station so you just ask whatever you need. Room was modern, nice appliances and clean. Entertainment is really good, excellent team of dancers, they put on a good show every night. There's an area for teens with video and table games, should have some arcade machines also, because sometimes all are occupied. Overall good size, not so big, walkable. On an additional note, they should treat everyone equal, they are not exactly rude, but us dominicans leave to fend for yourself and have to ask twice most of the time as they pay more attention to the typical tourist, there were a bunch of rowdy south americans yelling and disrupting all over the place, and they were all smiles. You know, everybody is a paying customer and most know how to write reviews and leave tips.

Loved basically everything! The ocean, the vibe and the drinks were great! I feel like at an all inclusive it’s water down, these definitely weren’t but they tasted amazing. If you like vodka, get the lemon juice & vodka. Very refreshing. We were there for a wedding & it was beautiful Loved the Italian restaurant and the Latin American The buffet was okay, but what do you expect yah know The one thing I would change is that you were constantly harassed with the upgrades & excursions. We just tried to avoid certain areas but people kept constantly approaching you. For our transport we went with AmStar and it was great. We had our flight to SDQ which saved us a lot of money. The driver was very friendly and it was clean. They got us there fast and safe . The room was amazing & we got a free upgrade to the swim up pool & got free wine ( which we forgot about lol). Room service was very good and no one touched your belongings. We definitely took advantage of the safe that was in the room. We had so much fun at the casino , there tables were $5 min , $100 max and the ladies were great. Definitely will go back

I’ve been in this hotel over 12 times, but this time me and my kids got disrespectful treatment a lot of times. The staff must be tiered but it was not nice at all. The quality of the aliments was basic, really poor, not what I was used to!
