"Beautiful property with lush vegetation throughout, with stunning views. The rooms were very private, as they were individual units and everything was very well constructed and beautiful. The various Hot Springs on the property were luxurious and relaxing. The staff was very professional and helpful, and the overall experience for my family was fantastic. I would recommend this resort to couples and families alike."

"We stayed here about 9 years ago and chose to stay again. Our room was the type that has a 'backyard' with our own hot spring (think jacuzzi with a water fall feature, surrounded by plants and flowers, and heated by a volcano). The thermal forest and hot springs near the main pool were also amazing and a nice option between La Fortuna adventures, or when the rain forest is 'doing it's job' (aka raining). The hotel has also added a large covered area with sofas and comfy chairs and tables to allow for protection from the rain, but still to be outside and with views of the trees and plants."
