Great little Boutique hotel. Outside the walls of the old city but an easy and short walk into town.Street parking is plentiful. Hotel is clean, upgraded, with quirky decorating that is tasteful. Rooms are small but well appointed. Staff was extremely nice, professional and accommodating . Be aware no elevator. Loved San Quirico d’Orcia. Smaller mountaintop town, highly walkable , not overrun by tourists but the same charm, history and leisure options as the larger towns in Tuscany.

While my overall rating will not be a 5 star, I’d like to say it is worth staying but you need to be aware. The property is spread out so you may register in one location and your room somewhere else in the village. You may need to park far away and transport your luggage. The area around the hotels is WONDERFUL and scenic. Lots of activities around the village but you will need to drive to them if outside the wall.
It is hard to find via GPS. There isn’t enough parking

We stayed one night but I wish we had time to take in all they had to offer. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff we had contact with was great and spoke excellent English. I hope I have the opportunity to visit them again.

Disappointing!! We expected way more from a 4 star hotel.
-Parking is not for free despite they write its included
- the breakfast is poor and not worth the 7min walk to the restaurant where it is held.
- The room was on the street and a motorcycle was park under our window
- the checkout was a total joke. Nobody was there, I called few time the given number and nobody answered until I called the restaurant and they wanted us to go to check out at their second hotel 10 min walk away. The lady who answered was extremely rude.
I would never recommend this hotel!!
