"The property was safe and in a great location. The security personnel are great at enforcing safety precautions. The building is nice and located near all kinds of shops. Parque La Mexicana is beautiful and safe to walk through at any time of the day. The views from the room are also great as this room overlooks the park. We had a few concerns with the property though. One of the bedroom window curtains that block the sun was missing, so we were woken up early by the incoming bright light....

"Upon arrival we realized this wasn’t a hotel, this was a rental facility. Initially was confused because the building has two sides. When we checked in we were given keys, TO THE WRONG ROOM! We literally walked in to someone else’s apartment. We then head all the way back down (24 flights) Once the right Keys we’re issued we walked into a dirty room.
