We got VIP but they didn’t treat us like VIP because we wanted to play tennis and they wanted to charge us for the racks and courts and we asked to play basketball and they didn’t have balls

The resort is very nice, clean, and love that we had the beach privacy. The front desk is not very helpful, Cynthia was rude.

Beautiful property, I would definitely go back. The only con is that it is far from town accessible by a dirt road. Not complaining, this makes the place so special, however you need to either buy plenty of groceries for your entire stay on your way from the airport (which is what we did), or depend entirely on the one restaurant on-site. Round trip taxi to town is about $65.00 dlls so be mindful of that. There was one day that the building we were staying had a problem with the water supply and there was no manager in charge to update us on status. The very courteous front desk person was unable to answer our questions and no one else to support her with answers.
I believe we had one of the best units in the property (4 bdroom 3 ba beach front - ground level) and we fully took advantage of it. Steps from the beach and pool. I am sure you will enjoy your time as we did. Thank you Vivo for your hospitality, we will definitely be back.
