We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and every time we’ve had a very satisfying experience … that’s why we keep coming back! The rooms are a bit ‘tired’ and ‘out-dated’ decor-wise, but they are spacious and, most importantly, the beds are always very comfortable! The breakfasts are FABULOUS, and the ambience in the lobby and restaurant is wonderful. We also very much enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, but always have to ask the staff to turn up the temperature in the hot tub during our stay, which, to the hotel’s credit, they have always done for us. The location is ‘perfect’ with literally dozens of wonderful restaurant and shopping options within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone other than those who want a ‘state-of-the-moment’ decor experience in their room. For those folks, they should select the adjacent sister property, the Hotel Safi Metropolitan.

My room did not have hot water during this winter season. After extensive discussions, they attempted to move me to another room, as they initially doubted the issue I reported. Additionally, the staff had limited proficiency in English, which made communication difficult.

They have always problems, this is the last time staying here, no AC no TV all night due to “maintenance” that they dont inform you beforehand, 1 person managing check in reservations and 3 for people for with out reservations. Don’t recommend it unless there is no other option
