"Excellent hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai in the Nimman area close. It's in a quiet enough part of Nimman that you can easily relax but also close enough to where all the action is happening that you can easily walk anywhere."

"Overall, they were really good, the only two things we found a little down was the breakfast being cold at 9.20am ( the rice ) , and ordering a taxi, the reception was not that great with it, otherwise, the staff and the rooms were good, one more thing , the lift tend to close before you get in , when a few people get off and you have to wait, then it closes immediately, dose not allow U enough time to get in ."

"The location is perfect. Right outside the hotel is Think Park, where you can enjoy restaurants and bars without worrying about the time. Across the main road is the MAYA Shopping Center, and just a short walk away is the trendy Nimmanhaemin area. The downside is that the music from Think Park can be noisy until late at night. Since the room windows are not soundproof, the noise from outside is clearly audible and can disrupt sleep. As for the hotel facilities, one inconvenience is the lack of power outlets. In the living room, the only outlet is hidden behind the TV, and there are none by the bedside. In the kitchen, the outlets are positioned quite high up, and aside from that, the only other outlet is in the bathroom. To use the electric kettle, you have to plug it in the bathroom. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is somewhat low, and the hot water isn’t very warm. Other than these issues, the hotel was very comfortable overall."
