I loved the decor and the brick ceilings they were not flat they were arched all over the room and hotel

I think this hotel should have coffee in the rooms being there's no coffee around 5:00 am

This is a beautiful place but the site is not very safe. Any one can have access to the room areas and my coworker had a very scary experience during our trip. While she was getting ready to take a shower and was wrapped in a towel, some one pushed the glass door that faces the patio.
It turned out to be that her door was broken and anyone could had access to her room. She screamed and the man ran away. We made a complaint but they didn't investigate nor did anything. They didn't looked surprise with the situation so it looked to us that this was not the first incident like this.
Management and is very poor and the service is not good except for a very few workers.

Extremely well kept property. The beds are new confortable and immaculately clean.
The swiming pool is beautiful and the service is polite
