The property is beautiful the staff barely talks to you and the pillows/bedding was terribly dirty could not sleep due to dirty smell on pillows stains on sheets and even hairs on bedding very dirty unsanitary. Property is beautiful thou

El hotel estába muy limpio en general. Uno de los mejores hoteles que me he hospedado mis tres hijos les encantó que tenía jacuzzi y alberca todos muy amables.

I accidentally booked a place far from the city center of San Miguel de Allende. But the front staff were very helpful and accomodating in allowing to change from 3 nights to 1 night.
