This property was full of character and great architecture. Great location on the hill overlooking the downtown area.

Pillow cases had yellow stains on them.
A/C defective: Reception stated they would take cash only on an Expedia reservation due to card terminal connection issue supposedly upon check-in.
Found that room had a non-functioning a/c later on and when reception staff was informed, staff confirmed that they knew that the a/c was not working but unfortunately could not do anything about it due to being fully booked. Only stayed this one night and will be staying elsewhere next time!

The hotel was advertised to have a pool and a restaurant. They were both closed.

The staff was great, but the property is in dire need of an upgrade. The furniture is in terrible condition no air conditioning and no ramps available

It was an underwhelming feeling as seeing that a lot of the furniture, blankets were worn down and it didn’t feel like the place was worth the price. The location is good but I would’ve stayed somewhere else at that price. Staff was nice and helpful.
