The front desk staff did not want me to get the room I reserved, she tried to gave me a different room and charge to me an extra payment if I want the room I reserved, very bad experience.

There was no air conditioner nor fan. We stayed in May which is way hot. The room was like sauna even during the night when outside was so cool and flesh. My family including 2 kids could not sleep until 4 am because of the heat. We tried to sleep at 8pm!!!! We opened the door completely to get fresh air from outside, but we only got so many mosquitos. It was our first night we could not sleep. Terrible!

Nice place, gardens and reception. it was a Cantinflás place, he lived or owned the place. I slept super well but other friends staying near the street could not sleep because of the street noise.
It is a 25min walking from city center

facillities are much older and not well mainteined. Very different than what shows in the pictures.

They claim dog friendly and than try to charge $500 pesos per night for a documented service dog. No where while booking was this disclosed in their information online. Shameful.
