The room and grounds are quite pretty (but note there are no tvs in rooms). One staff member was friendly when we went up to the desk to check in but that’s where service ended. We carried own bags and were the only guests in pool area but it was still very dirty with trash (socks, dirty paper towel, glasses etc) littered around. There was no way to order drinks or food at the pool and we saw no staff the entire time until a cleaning lady circulated the next morning. Also 5km from SMA so no walking options for food and drink. A bit disappointed in the stay and would strongly recommend booking inside city centre.

Dicen estar cerca de la parroquia de San Miguel y estan muy retirados, es una opción poco practica para hospedarte si quieres ir de turismo a San Miguel.

Excelente opcion

Fuimos a pasar fin de año, estuvimos muy agusto, en la cena hubo un platillo que no fue de nuestro agrado y nos cambiaron de inmediato por otro, excelente servicio lo recomiendo. Hotel para descansar y relajarse. No hay TVs ni telefonos. A pesar que habia calentadores en la cena hacia mucho frio porque fue en el restaurante al aire libre, y tuvimos que irnos pronto.

Las habitaciones no tienen televisión, el baño está diseñado de un modo que pone en peligro de caída, prácticamente no había agua caliente. El área de restaurante sin carta y vacío, muy decepcionante este Hotel, no volveremos nunca.

La estancia en general estuvo bien, el hotel es bonito, tienen todos los protocolos de higiene, el chapoteadero tiene agua calientita y la alberca grande si está un poco más fría, lo único malo es que los autos deben quedarse fuera del hotel porque no tienen estacionamiento bardeado, la atención del personal es buena, estaría excelente que tuvieran restaurante y un bar me comentaron que como el hotel es casi nuevo aún falta esa parte pero te dan desayuno y venden algunas bebidas y snacks por la tarde (estaría muy bien que ampliaran su menú), pero en general todo bien ,es un lugar tranquilo para descansar, aceptan mascotas y el jardín es amplio para que puedan estar ahí, lo disfruté seguro volveré.

El personal es de lo más amable que he visto en servicios hoteleros. La alberca es más profunda de lo que se ve, se disfruta increíble, a excelente temperatura. Desayuno rico, sala de juegos, filtro para sanitizar a la entrada, habitaciones más que cómodas, todo excelente. Definitivamente lo recomiendo MUCHO.

Excelentes instalaciones, muy bonito lugar, pero lo unico que no me gustó fue de que no dejaban meter alimentos ni bebidas de afuera, y el servicio se acababa muy temprano, además de que no tenían un lugar en el que se pudieran comprar.
