I would have given five stars all-around if not for the first room we were given which was infested with ants, including my daughter’s bed. Thankfully, we were moved to a new room which was fabulous. The property itself is immaculate, the staff is very accommodating and the food was surprisingly good, especially the Italian and Steakhouse. The Japanese restaurant was the least favorite, and would be better served as an authentic Spanish restaurant. The adult pool area was most welcome, although heating the water would be an added bonus. The spa was a bit underwhelming as well as the treatments. Overall, it’s a very solid option for an all-inclusive resort.

To American standards the food and drinks at this resort absolutely terrible. We were also supposed to get a “resort credit” that was actually a discount AFTER you spent x amount of money. False advertising. This is also an entire resort dedicated to children, so if you don’t have kids I would stay somewhere else.

Great a la carte restaurant choices Thai,Steak and Italian.
