May be one of my biggest regrets going to Italy. That I did not stay longer at this hotel no complaints best breakfast, best staff, and best views.

Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent.
We thought this hotel was great value.
Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea addicts we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian.
We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store!
Nevertheless we would definitely stay again.

The kindest and incredibly professional staff along with a great restaurant conveniently located in the heart of San Martino.

The location of the hotel was great. The staff was especially helpful, and the spa was wonderful. We loved the breakfast as well.

Pros: Good food in restaurant.
Location: It was off-season. However, walking through the town was enjoyable and there are excellent restaurants that were open.
It was off-season, so not much happening in town. Hotel has a nice spa.

Pros: Central town location
Cons: Elevator noise for rooms next to the elevator. Hallway noise.
Location: Hiking and shopping
Hotel staff were very professional, accommodating, and friendly! Spa was perfect and relaxing! We had a room next to the elevator which was noisy when the elevator was in use at all times. So if you have any room next to the elevator, you will always here it going up and down at all hours of the day or night. Other than the elevator noise, hallway noise is quite noticeable from people talking or running in the hailing ways, or moving and bouncing things on the floors from rooms above you. The room had a very large balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains. We would still recommend and stay at this hotel even with these inconviences.
