Since floor had no carpet, it needs to be mopped. Just getting into the tub, it was black from my feet getting wet. Killed 3 roaches & 1 got away. So needs fumigating. Had to ask for batteries for the remote, which worked the first night, but not the next. Staff was friendly & willing to help.

There were roaches in my hotel room. But i did have good sevices.

Roaches all over room, rat feces all over room. Dogs barking all over place at all hours
