This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Second floor overlooking the canal with 2 balconies, it was spectacular. Getting there was some h fun & the trip to the airport was fantastic. Wonderful restaurants everywhere

It was very expensive for a very average hotel. We had pistachio shells and ants in our room when we arrived. Room was very basic. Staff was helpful with recommendations and setting up water taxis.

The only negative was the hotel offers a trip to Murano but transportation is only to and from one glass factory and you learn that once you are there not in advance. The glass factory applied tremendous and uncomfortable sales pressure making it an unpleasant experience. I would recommend getting to Murano independently.
