This was a very nice hotel and had many things within walking distance like restaurants and shopping. We were also close to the canal.

It is much better and bigger the We expected, the room is nice decorated and clean, the area is so convenient for shopping and eating, absolutely I will recommend to my friends.

Very safe the staff was wonderful and transportation around the corner plus the gondola tour.

The hotel is based in an excellent location for exploring the city and is only 50 yards from the water taxi pick up / drop off. The property is clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bar is an added bonus to wind down after a busy day. We would definitely return.

The hotel was really a hotel with maid service and a full breakfast. It was located close to a waterbus stop on the canal. The staff was professional and courteous.

Loved the feel of this hotel and its ambience. Facilities were up to date including the bathroom. The bed and bedding were excellent.
The breakfast buffet was also great.

We selected a superior room w/a view. Not much view (canal outside if you stick your head out)and the room was very tiny. Many steps to our room floor and a deep step into the room’s bathroom. Firm pillows and bed. Breakfast (not included for us) was very good. Water and ice machines a plus and a refreshing lemon ginger water always avail. Location was great! Easy to find off the Giglio stop from the ferry down a narrow passageway, close to everything. Enjoyed our stay.
