Near the San Marcos and Rialto bridge. Excellent customer service. They let us leave our luggage so we can still go around the area after we checked out. Will come back again.

Property location was great , the hotel itself left a lot to desire . Room was small and carpet was dirty.

The property requires renovations as the rooms are old and dated. The carpeting definitely needs to be replaced. The staff was very friendly, helpful and tried their best to address any issues that arose.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditionung worked great and the beds were comfortable. Close to many dining options and St Marcos. Room was vintage charming and in good condition. It was also very specious and worked well for a family.

Stay only if desperate!!
Posted 16 Jun 2024 on HotelsAlthough this was a lovely location in Venice, be warned about the cleanliness in your room! It smelled musty and there was actual MOLD on the bathroom door handle. We tried cleaning it off ourselves but the disinfectant spray as well as wipes didn’t work either. The staff was friendly when we arrived, and offered tours as well as other recommendations during our stay. This is an ok place if you are tight on a budget or there is no other option.

The hotel is small so you can imagine the room .
Its located in a great place, close to Doge palace only 2 to 3 min away .
The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and shops.
Staff are amazing and helpful.
The only things missing in the room is the coffee machine at least provide heater to make coffee or tea.
