Great hotel, terrible breakfast
Posted 20 Aug 2018 on HotelsThe hotel is very nice but unfortunately let down by small details that have a huge impact on guests experience but a small financial impact for the hotel owner. No service book in the room, breakfast was terrible and only sweet things to eat. Warm milk, mouldy kiwi fruits and no sliced meats, cheese or fresh bread.

Very disappointing experience ....
Posted 3 Jan 2018 on HotelsNice location with the backdrop of the mountains behind. However, bed sheets and towels had holes in them. Car park consistently had dog poos throughout, from the onsite German Shepherd - mind your footsteps at night! Breakfast was very limited and often run out of items, if you were not an early riser. Swimming hats are mandatory in the pool, which must be purchased. Hotel prioritises locals at the weekends and books all the sunbeds out to them. Private functions on for 4 our of the 6 nights we stayed playing loud music until past 1am!! Very disappointing.

Nice, once you get there

Pros: The view.
Cons: Staff could be more professional.
This little hotel is nice once you get there. The drive is not easy. I have to admit I did it in a very large van so it was more difficult than if had had been driving a small car. However, I am an experienced driver, used to stick shift and mountain driving.
Room are very simple, bathrooms very European. Staff is ok, maybe a little casual.

Posted 8 Jun 2016 on HotelsGreat hotel in the countryside , every thing good, they ask all guests in the rooms to be quiet after 11.00 pm then play music that is very Loud till 1.00 am or more, seems it might be most nights
