"Hotel is on the lower range of the Hilton Brand. Remodeling and updating of facilities is needed. Not a 5 star hotel ( maybe by local standards?) but everything was fine with services. It is located in a quiet area of the city so not as convenient or desirable for tourists as other hotels in more active areas. "

"This hotel is close to the airport and very clean and quiet. Staff are very nice. There is a nice pool and several food options. Dinner was very good. The only thing not great was the breakfast. There were many options, but nothing was really fresh or tasty. I think fewer options but better quality would make a huge difference. The grounds are very well kept. A great hotel near the airport. Will stay here again."

"The staff at this property were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our driver, navigating a 15-passenger van, had no trouble dropping us off or picking us up. As a small resort, the team was able to provide personalized service, remembering each of us and promptly handling all our requests. We only tried their breakfast (which was included), and it was excellent—much better than the typical resorts! Another highlight was the resort’s location in the heart of El Tunco. The beach, shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance. We also felt very safe, even walking around at night, thanks to the presence of guards at all times."
