This was our second time at Rockview Inn. It is a solid quality establishment, has everything that we need when traveling with our dog. It is not luxurious by any means but you certainly get your price's worth of amenities. The owner/ manager is very personable and friendly.

The entire property was very clean! Staff was always available if I needed anything. Parking spaces were ample. Pet friendly as well.

A diamond in the rough. Despite looking like a typical motel, it is clean, tasteful and well-cared-for. A two-block walk from the bay and its amenities, it feels more like a well-loved local institution than any roadside inn. Will stay again.

Stayed before and enjoyed my stay. Mostly quiet and close to the Embarcadero. I was in what seems like a more recently renovated room which was nice. No maid service here on the regular though, if you want or need more towels and things you're going to have to go ask for them. They close lobby at 10pm so if other guests are loud or you have any issues with your room it will be hard getting assistance. After I checked out this time I got a call asking for their floor mat back. I never had one in my room and I thought that was strange. All in all for the price during the week it's still a decent place to be. During the weekend though with the peak pricing & what is offered I think you would get better value elsewhere.

I gave this a 4 store review because the staff was very friendly and the parking lot seems pretty safe. I had my tool in the back of my truck and no one messed with them there. The room was clean but definitely dated. Bed was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed having a fridge and microwave since I was up there for work i could keep groceries available to eat. The bathroom was my biggest issue. I had no exhaust fan so after it steamed up for the shower the room became humid the rest of my trip. I would shower in the morning after work and when I would wake up in the evening there was water still on the walls from the steam from 8 hours earlier. I couldn’t open my window because the screen was missing and there was a tree pretty much touching so I didn’t want bug or creators coming in. It definitely needs a face lift but it served its purpose and I would stay there again for another work trip.
