We liked the convenience of the location. It was quiet and felt safe. The front desk worker was very helpful.We did not like that the sheets were not clean initially but they did come to change them. After that our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. The elevator wasn’t working for a period of time.

Spacious room. A little dated but the price was right. A little disappointed with the service - you have to ask for your room to be made up during the day, otherwise they won’t do so, citing a change in policy put in place during the pandemic…

Please fix the bathroom sink in room 309. There is almost no pressure from either temperature and water leaks from the cold water handle and floods countertop. Also there were smashed ceramics on the stairs for the duration of our stay. Otherwise things were really good.

Our stay was at 3 Rd Floor.
Elevator not working properly. Shaking and making very scary noise.
Our room no was 315 we stayed. Heater makes loud noise can’t sleep with the noise.
Basic Breakfast providing it’s not even continental! No breads, toast, no fresh milk for instant packet Oatmeal. Hours only 7 Am to 9 AM.

Loved the landscape nice view. Didn't have microwave was only downside
