"We stayed at the property for 1 night primarily because we heard good reviews of their zip lines over waterfalls and thought it would be more convenient. Ziplines were definitely the highlight and our family really enjoyed it. The route up was quite the adventure as it was steep and very very rocky. The tour not only included ziplining but a dip in one of the pools at the base of a water fall (no towels) and a rappel down a waterfall. "I stayed 2 nights in one of the "cabins" (my unit was not actually detached so a little odd to call it a cabin but whatever), not one of the domes. It was spacious (travelled solo and was in a room with apace for 5) and the views were amazing from the room and the property. I saw a Toucan fly by my first evening and the night sounds of the surrounding jungle were fabulous. "The hotel is showing its age. The beds were rock hard. The room and bathroom were clean but had some visible damage. No AC or television in room. Staff were civil to guests. Guest parking is awkward but secure. The overall neighborhood is rather creepy. "

"Very nice and cool old hotel. Great view from balconies of ocean, nice clean pool and rec. area. Friendly informative staff. Very good breakfast. Very nice walk in front to nice restaurants. large room, had a room with no windows and it was still OK. Would advise trying to get a room facing the ocean if you are spending time in the room. "

"Very safe, clean and close to beach and shopping. Nice small pool just right for a small family. Very friendly owner and staff. Owner was VERY helpful and speaks excellent English. Recommend highly for a short stay near everything 👍👍"

"Bahia Rica Was an oasis in Paquera. We stayed for one night and did the bioluminescent tour and Isla Tortuga. The guest house was a rustic sanctuary where you feel one with nature.
