Posted 9 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe room we got wasn’t the room I booked and the host put up a big fuss to change it. Lots of cigarettes smoke at the reception. Overpriced stay. Very unprofessional service .Luckily the location and the city overall make up for that but still wouldn’t recommend.

Posted 11 Apr 2019 on HotelsBeing a bit jet lagged and unsure of Italian hotels confused us a bit on the check in, but this was totally our fault. We did not see there was a clearly visible sign for reception. Luckily, some nice gentleman who worked there helped us out greatly!
The room was small-ish but lovely. It was the perfect size for us! There was a great view from the porch balcony. The room looked just like the photos. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We walked from the train station, walked to the Duomo, walked to see Michelangelo's David, everything! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence!

Excellent hotel close to station and centre
Posted 24 May 2018Excellent hotel close to all attractions on a quiet Street. Nice room, food and access to balcony, lovely staff. Only problem is reception on arrival is a little hidden away; sign could be clearer. - it's on the ground floor to the left of the entrance!

Good location
Posted 10 Oct 2017No hot water the first night they were fixing the pipes but didn't bother to let me know that I wouldn't have hot water for the day. They did fix it the next day. Lots of stairs to carry luggage the man who worked they helped me halfway. Wifi horrible connection

Amazing weather for May! Anna's was in the perfect location for exploring all that Firenze had to offer. Great for shopping and lots of nice restaurants to choose from.
