"The owner was very easily contacted with any questions or concerns. We did find it a bit loud outside on Sunday night but all was quiet by 11:30pm. Nothing a pair of ear plugs won’t fix. Pull out couch was very comfortable and spacious for our 13 year old and the bed was comfortable as well"
