The property is in poor condition, no hot water in the shower, and the linens/towels are not well laundered. The manager is very friendly and tries hard but has much to learn.

We truly appreciate it when clients take a moment of their time to help us understand anything we can do to improve. And we especially appreciate it when we are provided with the opportunity to make it all better for our clients, the very same moment anything goes wrong. Mister Edward decided to overlook our issues without mentioning anything about them, until the very last day, when he decided to run 2 hrs late on our set check-out time, which caused us to charge him our late check-out fee (we even decided to overlook the 2 hrs delay and were willing to only charge 1 hr of the fee -or $10-). It seems that he was mostly upset because he broke our shower and didn't want to get charged for that as well as for being over 2 hrs late to our normal check-out time. And so, he decided to sneak into our space and throw the keys in front of my apartment on his way out and make a run for it. So, please don't be like mister Edward and make sure you take full responsibility for your actions and comply with any establishment's rules and regulations. About our linens/towels not being well laundered, it could be because of the new 100% organic products we are using for our professional cleaning and washing, we will review our process very carefully to make sure it meets our strict standard, which can be reflected in nearly 100 positive recommendations for our "spotless apartments" on Airbnb where we have hosted our majority of guests. No matter what, we truly appreciate you taking your time to write this review. We'll become much better because of it.

Great value & Colourful

Innovative, colourful place and people, great to meet host and receive Randall's special brand of hospitaility. A guided night in the town, good food. Great value.
