Overall very good. The only negative was the toilet. It was very finicky and even when we did not put toilet paper in, it was very difficult to flush.

The pictures on the website show a different apartment than this one (#4); this one is much less spacious. No hot water in either sink (only in shower where it was warm). did not have amenities it claimed to have (no toaster). MUST use Google Maps to find -- otherwise you'll NEVER find it! (Waze was inadequate)

Very clean, confortable and well stocked. Cold A/C and warm shower. It was exactly what I needed at a very fair price. As you get closer make sure to call the number sent to you. The owner will give you very precise directions to the apt.

One night in Fajardo.
Posted 1 Oct 2024 on HotelsWe stayed one night before leaving for Vieques. This is a very clean place with all the essentials provided. It wasn’t easy to find, but the contact person was very helpful in providing good directions. The bed was a little firm for my taste, but still comfortable. Very, very clean!

I didn’t notice that you had to check in 24 hrs prior, which made the check in process difficult as the owner was on vacation. The property had a parking spot right outside the room. Minutes from the beach and local businesses. Only take away were no sink in the kitchen which made it hard to clean up and regardless of how spotless the owner kept the property we had 3 Jurassic Park sized roaches in our kitchen and bathroom area, which I am assuming is normal but I am ridiculously afraid of bugs 😂

Gracias por visitarnos.Perdonen los inconvenientes.Pero lo del check in lo de llamar 24 horas antes está en la página bien claro en inglés y español.Tenemos 2 #teléfonos en la página y no tenemos llamadas perdidas en ambos. El comentario de los insectos encontrados en el apartamento nosotros tenemos control cada mes se fumiga,pero al estar 14 días sin botar la basura al diario los insectos llegan por qué llegan,gracias por visitarnos

The property is very cozy, organized, beautiful and clean. Quiet area. You can feel the vibe of relaxation and peace. Walkable distance from Seven Seas Beach and different local restaurants/places to eat local food. Communication with the owners on point. Highly recommend this property. Definitely staying again.

Super close to the beach. Owner provided chairs and a cooler for us to use as well.

Very clean and neat space. Only downside is the front door has screen openings that shows the inside of the home from outside and there is no way of covering up the openings. Anyone standing in front of the door and from the parking area can look at everything happening inside.
