We stayed here a few nights before a cruise. The suite was one of the underground rooms, but was well lit and the lamp in the bedroom made for a pleasant wall texture. It also made it quiet for a place in the middle of the city. The hot tub was excellent. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The location was good for food and grocery options, and walking distance. the art museum.

The property was exceptionally comfortable and spotless. It had the warm, welcoming feel of a home rather than a typical hotel. Our room included a private outdoor patio, which was a wonderful touch. Communication from the hotel was excellent, with clear instructions provided via text and email. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose it again if I return.

Staff was super kind and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Pool was very small. Location does have some street parking but can get filled up fast. Otherwise the hotel has a parking lot that costs 20$ a day and has to be paid in full for your entire stay once you register your vehicle. Fortunately we found street parking everyday.
